Whilst every care is taken in processing your film, in the likely event of your film or prints being damaged or lost whilst in our care (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) they will be replaced with an equivalent value of unexposed film which will be processed (and negative film printed) free of charge. No additional resposibility can be accepted for materials of exceptional value. We therefore recommend that you take out insurance for film of high or special value.
In order to provide a quality service to all our customers we ask all items to be dropped off and picked up from Terminal 5 Express either before 11.30 or after 4pm.
