Terminal 5 Express for business on 7th March 2005 driven by a tremendous amount of enthusiasm, determination and hard-work from its owner and proprietor, Naveed Ali Bakhsh.

Naveed, 28, is a graduate in Marketing and, prior to taking up this first challenge in the world of business, worked as a Marketing Executive. As an employee, however, he soon realised that his passion for hard-work and drive for success would be more rewarding and self-gratifying if it was invested in something more “personal” and “challenging” i.e. his own business venture.

The business dream initially started out as an idea in the retail of fresh health juices and smoothies but, on a chance visit to Strathclyde Business Park, suddenly turned into its present conception of “convenience” retailing for the resident working community of the Park. So what of the health fruit juices? Well, Naveed hopes to be serving his Terminal 5 customers with his “delicious concoctions” some time in the near future!!

So, what is going to be the key to the success of Terminal 5 Express? Well, Naveeds background in marketing has taught him that doing your research thoroughly and listening to your customer’s needs is vital to the success of any business. As a result, customer feedback is always welcomed, encouraged and appreciated at Terminal 5 as a means to improving the service it provides. In addition, Ironing & Dry Cleaning, Garment Alterations, Mobile Phone Repairs and Film Processing facilities are already available in-store now.

With all this, can there possibly be anything else to add? Who knows but I’m sure Terminal 5 will always be one step closer to “convenience heaven”! Watch this space….
